Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the packaging should be in the same condition as received.
To complete your return, we require the copy of the invoice or the order number to verify.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days. Partial refunds shall be refunded by cash or by bank transfer based on the PFQ management decision.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card statement, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If it is a full refund, we can provide you with the refund reference from our Payment Gateway provider, to cross check with the bank.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It is the responsibility of the Customer to make sure the sizes, colours and other types of verities before confirming the order or placing it. We will always support with the measurement guidance.
If the item was marked as a gift when delivered to you, it’s an appreciation from PFQ for the valued long term Customers and no returns excepted as it is always FREE of cost.
The other type of a Gift is, when someone else is placing an order to be delivered as a Gift to you, for those orders, the original Customer who placed the order and paid should contact us for the returns or exchanges and the same process above applies.
